Group Reporting Manager

As Group Reporting Manager, you will be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring the quality of our group-level reporting, cashflow management, and budgeting. You will lead the consolidation of financial statements under IFRS, oversee treasury functions, and provide expert support to finance teams across multiple countries. Your role will be both hands-on and strategic, working closely with senior leadership while continuously improving processes and controls.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You will take ownership of our group financial reporting, ensuring timely and accurate consolidation of accounts while maintaining compliance with IFRS. Managing the group’s treasury function, you will oversee cashflow forecasting and working capital optimization. Your expertise will be crucial in preparing financial reports for senior management and board of directors ensuring transparency and accuracy in all reporting processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports under IFRS.
- Managing the group treasury function, including cashflow forecasting and working capital optimization.
- Supporting external audits, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Providing technical accounting support to country finance teams, ensuring consistency and best practices across all entities.
- Driving improvements in financial controls, processes, and reporting frameworks to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Who You Are:
You are a detail-oriented finance professional with strong technical expertise and a problem-solving mindset. With a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting, and experience with IFRS, cashflow reporting, and financial consolidation you will be a highly valued employee. Experience with OneStream or a similar consolidation accounting system will be essential in this role.
Beyond your technical skills, you are a strategic thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment. You build strong relationships across teams, working effectively with colleagues in different locations. Highly self-motivated, you are comfortable managing your own time and responsibilities. Fluency in Norwegian and English is required. This position may require some travel activity.
